To start using IVRS, all you need to do is register your phone number (landline and/or mobile) with your LPG distributor, this is a one-time exercise. For registering your phone number, you can download the form from here, fill in the details and hand it over at the distributorship. You can use your landline or mobile to book the cylinder, however we suggest that you register both your landline and mobile number so that you have the benefit of receiving the confirmation SMS on your registered Mobile phone.
